Communication may be undertaken by FTP, EDI or via a secure “i portal”. MOVEX, SRXGlobal’ business software is E-Commerce enabled and ready to meet future demand from both customers and suppliers alike for the conduct of business with SRXGlobal via the Web. This represents the company’s ongoing strategy to enhance customer service.

Procurement, Planning and Purchasing – MOVEX ERP Software
SRXGlobal’ ERP system delivers modern, efficient and integrated processes throughout its network of plants. MOVEX, by Intentia, is a functionally-rich ERP system, well suited to the challenging demands and complexity of the electronic equipment industry. SRXGlobal' ERP system also provides for the effective management of ‘“customer-consigned warehouses”, in order that customers with excess materials may, if they wish, permit the use of such excesses to fulfil the demands of other SRXGlobal customers.

Advanced production planning – MSP
SRXGlobal has invested in an advanced production planning tool as part of its ERP system – MSP, which provides quick and accurate simulations prior to any MRP calculations. This powerful “what if” scheduling tool adds science to rescheduling of deliveries and is used to expedite customer orders and provide comprehensive customer reporting.

Established processes for optimising inventory usage
SRXGlobal actively distributes material between facilities to ensure optimal and practical utilisation of inventories. Also, through our comprehensive approved vendor listing searches for inventories that may be deemed excess in other locations are easily conducted.
